Contra Rebirth
I'm terrible at Contra
I haven't done everything in it yet but I've done enough.
It plays a lot like Contra 3. You can use either the Wii remote, Classic, or Gamecube control and customize the button lay out for each. It has 6 stages and 3 difficulty levels with an unlockable Nightmare difficulty if you're good enough. There only seems to be 4 weapons from what I have played. The Peashooter, Laser(sucks), Spread, and Heat Seeking Missiles. You'll probably be using the Spread and Heat Seeking combo like I was in the video. The Laser is weak and slow so your best just to not pick it up at all. The Spread and the Peashooter seem to be the strongest weapons. The Heat Seekers are a little weak but are useful (as seen on the level 3 boss). On easy when you die you still keep your weapon...
Oh and one last thing! The question that everyone is thinking. Does the Konami code work in it? My answer...... Nope! I've tried it on the title screen, pause menu, and during game play and nothing.
Estimated price is 1000 Wii points. If you like contra then pick it up.
